The Bulls are also coming off a cover as 2.5-point favorites Tuesday. Chicago defeated the Atlanta Hawks 118-113 at the United Center as the Under (238) cashed. The Bulls beat a Hawks team that has disappointed all season and is a league-worst 7-23 against the spread (ATS). Chicago forced 16 turnovers -- it committed just 10 -- and came back from a 12-point 3rd-quarter deficit.

The Pacers defense has been a liability this season. It ranks last in opponent shooting percentage and bottom 5 in a few other categories. However, the Bulls are not in a position to take advantage. They shoot 45.5% from the field (27th-best in NBA) and make just 40.8 field goals per game (25th).

The Pacers should be able to come out with a win, especially with the Bulls' injuries.
