The Bears posted a 27-16 win against the Arizona Cardinals last weekend as 4.5-point favorites, pushing on the total (43) at most shops. The Bears have won 3 of the past 4 games while covering at a 5-1-1 ATS clip in the past 7 games overall. The Under is 6-1-1 in the past 8 outings, too.

Falcons at Bears picks and predictions

Prediction

Bears 20, Falcons 15

Moneyline

The BEARS (-152) are a solid play as moderate favorites at home. Chicago looks to play spoiler as the Falcons (+128) are a game behind the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for 1st place in the NFC South.

Chicago has refused to wave the white flag, playing hard for coach Matt Eberflus after a rough start. The Bears have won 3 of the past 4 games while posting victories in 4 in a row.

Against the spread

The BEARS -2.5 (-118) are a strong play, mainly because of venue. It's especially nice since slipping from a flat 3 to just 2.5. Not only has Chicago won 4 in a row at home, it has cashed at a 3-0-1 ATS clip in that stretch. The Bears are 1-1-1 ATS in the 1st 3 games against NFC South opponents this season, too.

The Falcons +2.5 (-104) hit the road, and it didn't go great last time out. Atlanta was on the short end of a 9-7 loss at Carolina in Week 15, and the Falcons are 1-3 SU/ATS in the past 4 road games, too.

Over/Under

UNDER 37.5 (-105) is a decent play on the shores of Lake Michigan.

The Under has been on fire for Atlanta lately, going 4-1 in the past 5 games overall, and the Falcons have had the total go low in 5 of the past 7 games on the road or overseas.

The Under is 3-0-1 in the past 4 games overall for the Bears while going 6-1-1 in the past 8 outings, too. At home, the Under is 2-0-1 in the past 3 contests.
