Philadelphia Eagles at New York Giants odds, picks and predictions

The Philadelphia Eagles (11-5) and New York Giants (5-11) meet Sunday for the Week 18 regular-season finale at Met Life Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. Kickoff is scheduled for 4:25 p.m. ET (CBS). Below, we analyze FanDuel Sportsbook's lines around the Eagles vs. Giants odds, and make our expert NFL picks and predictions.

The Eagles still have a shot at the NFC East Division title, but Philadelphia needs to take care of business, while also hoping for a miracle in the nation's capital. The Dallas Cowboys must lose to the Washington Commanders in the other NFC East matchup.

Philly has been sucking wind in the final month, losing 4 of the past 5 games. It lost to the lowly Arizona Cardinals at home last weekend as a 12.5-point favorite, and the Eagles have failed to cover each of the past 5 outings. The Over is 4-2 in the past 6 games, with the defense coughing up at least 25 points in 5 of those outings.

The Giants gave the Eagles all they could handle in Philly on Christmas Day, falling 33-25, but covering a 14-point number as the Over (41) easily connected. New York has scored 24 or more points in 4 of the past 6 games overall, going 5-1 against the spread (ATS), too. The Over is 3-1 in the past 4 contests.

Eagles at Giants picks and predictions

Prediction

Eagles 29, Giants 16

Moneyline

The Eagles (-210) will cost you more than 2 times your potential return, and that's quite a bit of risk for not much reward.

Philly has been playing poorly lately, and it lost as a double-digit favorite against the struggling Cardinals at home. So, you can't take a chance on such a heavy favorite, especially on the road.

PASS.

Against the spread

The EAGLES -4.5 (-105) will be without Smith, so that's a major weapon off of the offense. However, the Giants +4.5 (-115) are all but likely going to be without their 2 best defensive backs, with Pinnock already ruled out, and Banks listed as doubtful. Hurts and the Philadelphia pass attack should find very little resistance.

Over/Under

OVER 41.5 (-115) will cost you a little extra lettuce, but it's worth it. Philly should be able to pass the ball without much resistance, and A.J. Brown should have an especially huge game.

There is some weather concerns, with a 25% chance of mixed precipitation in the forecast, but that might only be for a half. As long as the conditions aren't too treacherous, we should see plenty of scoring.
