The Washington Wizards are on a 5-game losing streak after falling to the Oklahoma City Thunder 136-128 Monday. The Thunder had 70 points in the paint, while the Wizards put up just 48. Combine that with OKC's doubling of Washington's fastbreak points (21-10) and it was a tough formula to beat.

The Indiana Pacers, while beating the Boston Celtics as home underdogs 133-131 Monday, lost their best player PG Tyrese Haliburton to a hamstring strain that will leave him out for multiple games. Not surprisingly, the Pacers and Celtics had similar stats in a close game, but Indiana made their free throws (18-22 vs. 20-29), which mattered as the Pacers' winning points were from the charity stripe with 0.1 seconds left.

Haliburton is a tough loss for the Pacers. PG Andrew Nembhard has been a solid back up the past 2 years, but the Wizards are due for a win. The last time Washington was on a 5-plus game losing streak, they ended it by beating these Pacers.

And last year Indiana was 28-28 with Haliburton and just 7-19 when he was injured.

At the current price, I wouldn't be surprised if Washington pulled off the upset. Although given their track record this year, I will play a half-unit.

Against the spread

On the road, the Wizards are 11-9 ATS, making them more than just pushovers when the expectations are low -- compared to to their 6-10 ATS record at home.

Over/Under

Indiana funnels its offense though Haliburton, but that doesn't mean this team can't score without him. However, the current line is incredibly high.

While Washington is 20-15-1 towards the Over this season and 11-9 on the road, it's tough to pick so high of a total. I will PASS.
