The Golden State Warriors (18-22) and Utah Jazz (22-20) meet Wednesday. Tip-off from Delta Center is set for 9 p.m. ET. Let's analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's lines around the Warriors vs. Jazz odds and make our expert NBA picks and predictions.
Season series: First meeting; Warriors won 2-1 last season
The Warriors failed to cover as 7.5-point favorites in their last game, a 116-107 loss at the Memphis Grizzlies Monday as the Under (226.5) hit. F Draymond Green returned from his league suspension and contributed 7 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists in 24 minutes off the bench.
The Jazz have won and covered in 6 straight games. Their most recent victory was a 132-105 rout of the Indiana Pacers Monday as the Under (247.5) cashed; Utah was a 7-point home favorite.
Golden State covered in all 3 meetings vs. the Jazz last season, and the Over went 2-1.

Warriors at Jazz picks and predictions
Prediction
Warriors 116, Jazz 115
Moneyline
The WARRIORS (+135) should bounce back after getting outscored 62-51 in the 2nd half against the Grizzlies, who were without G Ja Morant. Green is in his 12th season of playing with G Stephen Curry and G Klay Thompson and shouldn't need more than 1 game to regain chemistry with the team.
The Jazz are being overvalued after 6 straight wins and covers and should start to regress toward the mean. Utah is 21st in 3-point percentage on the season at 35.6% but has shot 41.9% over its last 3 games, good for 6th in the league. Don't expect Utah's hot shooting to continue, especially against this Warriors team off an embarrassing loss as a 7.5-point favorite.
BET WARRIORS (+135).
Against the spread
The Warriors should cover, but I prefer taking them at plus-money on the ML.
PASS. Bet the Warriors straight up and/or the total instead.
Over/Under
While the Warriors were embarrassed last time out, holding the Grizzlies to 116 points in Green's return isn't a horrible outing defensively. Look for the Warriors to up the intensity on defense against the Jazz as Green begins to make more of an impact.
The Jazz have scored 120 points or more in 8 of their last 9 games. This recent hot streak is more likely a flash in the pan than a preview of what's to come for the Jazz. Utah's offense should come back down to earth.
BET UNDER 242.5 (-115).
