Milwaukee Bucks at Cleveland Cavaliers odds, picks and predictions
The Milwaukee Bucks (28-12) and the Cleveland Cavaliers (23-15) meet Wednesday at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET (ESPN). Let's analyze BetMGM Sportsbook's lines around the Bucks vs. Cavaliers odds and make our expert NBA picks and predictions.
Season series: Bucks lead 1-0
The Bucks have won 3 in a row, including a 143-142 OT win over the Sacramento Kings at home on Sunday as the Over (247) cashed. However, Milwaukee has covered just once in the 3-game streak, while going 1-7 against the spread (ATS) across the past 8 outings.
The Cavaliers have picked up 5 straight victories, including a 109-91 win over the Chicago Bulls at home last time out on Monday as a 4.5-point favorite. The Cavs are 4-1 ATS in the past 5 games, while the Under is 3-0-1 in the previous 4 outings.

Bucks at Cavaliers picks and predictions
Prediction
Bucks 116, Cavaliers 109
Moneyline
The BUCKS (-175) are a little on the pricey side, but just below my personal limit for standalone moneyline bet. I'd rather toss this into a multi-team parlay, perhaps with an underdog I really like, but it isn't a bad play for the ultra conversative bettor who just doesn't want to mess around with the points.
Against the spread
BUCKS -3.5 (-115) is a solid play, even on the road. The Bucks won 119-111 in the 1st meeting of the season in Cleveland on Dec. 29, just covering a 5-point number. Milwaukee holds a slight 3-2 SU/ATS edge in the past 5 meetings, too.
The Cavaliers +3.5 (-105) are just 2-4 ATS in the past 6 games as an underdog, while failing to cover the past 2 at home as an underdog, including that game against the Bucks in late December.
Over/Under
The UNDER 237.5 (-105) might be the best play on the board in this game.
The Under is on a 3-0-1 run for the Cavaliers, while going 3-1-1 in the past 5 games, including the first meeting with the Bucks. The teams combined for 230 points with a total of 242 for the easy Under result.
The Bucks have cashed the Over in 3 of the past 4 games, but the total has gone low in 3 of the past 4 outings on the road.
