AFC Championship Game first look: Kansas City Chiefs at Baltimore Ravens odds and lines

The 3rd-seeded Kansas City Chiefs (13-6) and the No. 1 seed Baltimore Ravens (14-4) meet Sunday for the AFC Championship Game. Kickoff from M&T Bank Stadium is scheduled for 3 p.m. ET (CBS). Below, we look at Chiefs vs. Ravens odds from BetMGM Sportsbook before making our expert NFL picks and predictions later in the week.

The Chiefs outlasted the 2nd-seeded Buffalo Bills 27-24 at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park Sunday, covering as 2.5-point road underdogs and earning a 6th consecutive trip to the AFC title game. This trip has been different from the past as Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes was forced to make his 1st-career playoff road start. The Buffalo win was Kansas City's 4th cover in a row -- 2 postseason games and its final 2 regular-season contests.

The Ravens punished the No. 4 seed Houston Texans 34-10 to earn their spot in the AFC Championship Game. QB Lamar Jackson improved to 2-3 in his postseason career. Baltimore cashed as a 10-point home favorite, with the Over/Under (O/U) total pushing (44) at most shops.
