Nuggets at Knicks and predictions
Prediction
Nuggets 115, Knicks 110
Moneyline
The Nuggets are slight favorites here, and they should be. Yes, New York won both meetings last year, and they're great at home. The problem, though, is the Knicks don't have the size to contend with Jokic. They're down at least 1, and maybe 2 centers, which would leave 6-foot-10 Jericho Sims to contend with Jokic.
Take the NUGGETS -135.
Against the spread
I don't have any interest in the spread here, but I have a lot of interest in Jokic's point total. He has 31+ in 3 straight games. The Knicks have no one to check him.
Take NIKOLA JOKIC OVER 26.5 POINTS (-120).
Over/Under
We have 2 midrange offenses that run at a snail's pace. Denver is 5-5 O/U over the last 10, and the Knicks are 1-9. The last 10 meetings have seen 5 Overs and Unders cash. This total is a bit small for me, though, and I'll LEAN OVER 222.5 (-105).
