I'm staying away from the ML here because I'm not sure the Heat can get past the mighty Clippers, who are 1 game out of the throne in the West.

I will take JIMMY BUTLER OVER 20.5 POINTS (-110) as we already touched on the hot streak he's on offensively.

Against the spread

I don't see the Heat getting blown out here, and I give them a reasonable shot at home to win. I just don't have enough confidence in it, which brings us to the spread. Before the Jan. 1 loss to the Clippers, Miami had won 3 straight in this matchup. The Heat are finally starting to get healthy and gel together.

Take the HEAT +4.5 (-115).

Over/Under

The Over is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings between the squads. Miami is just 2-8 O/U in its last 10, and the Clippers are 5-5. Strictly going by averages, the Clippers are 8th in the league with 118.5 PPG, and the Heat are 27th at 110.4. Again, Miami has dealt with injuries all season. This Over cashes just on averages alone, and that's where I'm going.
