No. 10 seed NC State eased by Louisville Tuesday, winning 94-85, just missing the cover at most shops as a 9.5-point favorite as the Over (148.5) comfortably cashed. The Wolfpack halted a 4-game losing streak, but they're still just 1-4 against the spread (ATS) in the past 5 outings, while the Over is on an impressive 7-2 run in the previous 9 contests.

Seventh-seeded Syracuse makes its 1st appearance of the ACC Tournament. It swept the regular-season series against NC State, winning 77-65 Jan. 27 at home as a 1-point underdog as the Under (149.5) cashed, followed up by an 87-83 victory in Raleigh as a 7-point underdog Feb. 20 as the Over (152.5) connected.

The Orange closed out the regular season with a loss to Clemson on the road, but it was 4-1 straight up (SU) while going a respectable 3-2 ATS. The Over is on a 5-0 run for 'Cuse, too.
