Good news: Players go nuts when a high school football coach pops the question
Senior Night is a big deal at Benjamin Russell High School in Alexander City, Alabama. When the Wildcats football team marked the occasion with a great win, there were hugs and handshakes all around. But during the postgame celebrations, coach Jacob Walls had something more important than football on his mind.

After posing for pictures, he hugged his girlfriend, Emily, and gave a sneaky nod to the crowd. Then, with a magician’s sleight of hand, he produced a small box behind her back. Finally, as he pulled away, he knelt down and proposed marriage, leaving his girlfriend stunned as he showed her the ring. Happily, her answer was yes! The crowd and players went wild.
