Andy Murray pledges to donate rest of 2022 prize money to UNICEF Ukraine fund

Andy Murray has pledged to donate the rest of the prize money he wins in 2022 to UNICEF's Ukraine fund.
"(Its) vital education continues, so UNICEF is working to enable access to learning for displaced children, as well as supporting the rehabilitation of damaged schools, together with replacement equipment and furniture," Murray wrote on Twitter on Tuesday.
Murray is an ambassador for UNICEF UK. His donations will provide urgent medical supplies amid Russia's invasion of the country, as well as early childhood development kits.
"Children in Ukraine need peace – now," Murray wrote.
Murray, a former world No. 1-ranked men's singles player and three-time Grand Slam champion, ranks fourth on the all-time ATP Tour earnings list ($62,570,998) behind Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.
In 2022, Murray has won $256,692.
Also, Sergiy Stakhovsky posted on social media a WhatsApp conversation between himself and Djokovic, who asked if he could provide financial assistance to the former Ukrainian tennis player. Stakhovsky, a four-time winner on the ATP tour who retired in January after the Australian Open, joined Ukraine's army reserve last month, according to Reuters.
