Watch Shaun White's high-scoring halfpipe qualifying run at Winter Olympics

Veteran snowboarder Shaun White was fired up for his Olympic halfpipe qualifier on Tuesday.

White showed off during a commanding second run, taking a 98.50 score and finishing as the top qualifier heading into Wednesday's final.

White, competing at his fourth Olympics, told reporters later that watching his younger opponents, "fired me up ... They motivated me to send it on that last one.”
