We have yet again another sex toy throw incident at a WNBA game: For a third time, a green NSFW object hit a court, this time at the Los Angeles Sparks and Indiana Fever game.

Was it targeting Fever player Sophie Cunningham, who called for people to stop throwing sex toys on the court last week? We don't know that for sure, but it's possible.

Cunningham took to X (formerly Twitter) to react to the incident and took what you might called an exasperated route: She quote-tweeted original "you're going to hurt one of us" message and added, "This did NOT age well."

She was right the first time and she's right now. This is awful and dangerous and needs to stop immediately.

Was the latest WNBA sex toy incident specifically targeting Sophie Cunningham after her tweet?

We don't know for sure. Perhaps if there's an arrest made -- as there was recently for one of the incidents -- we'll get an answer. No matter what, this is awful.
