Tech Five: New details on 'Apple Music'

Get ready for a lot more news on Apple's proposed streaming music service as we get closer to next month's Worldwide Developers Conference in San Francisco. Let's take a look at the tech stocks to watch Thursday:

Apple. The tech giant's planned Beats streaming service will be renamed "Apple Music" and include a host of social features, reports 9to5Mac. The report say musicians will host their own pages from within the service to share info such as concert details.

Cisco. Shares of the networking giant are down more than 1% in pre-market trading after narrowly beating revenue and earnings estimates for the third quarter. This was the first earnings call since Cisco announced the departure of CEO John Chambers, which will happen in July.

Amazon. Is Wal-Mart planning to directly take on the online retailer? The company is planning an unlimited shipping service similar to Amazon Prime. It's expected to cost less than $50 a year.

Facebook. The social network set better wages and benefits for its contract workers, including a required minimum wage of $15 an hour. Contractors and vendors would also earn paid days off and paid parental leave or a new child benefit.

Samsung. The electronics giant paid about $250 million for LoopPay, the mobile payments service expected to compete with Apple Pay, reports Re/code. Both Samsung and LoopPay denied comment to Re/code.
