Tech Five: Pricing on Apple music sub revealed

As we inch closer to Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference, the rumor mill is starting to churn faster. Let's take a look at the technology stocks to watch Tuesday:

Apple. The tech giant's reported streaming music service will cost $10 a month, but offer a different free model compared to rivals such as Spotify. According to The Wall Street Journal, Apple will supplement its smaller selection of free songs with channels curated and managed by DJs. Apple may also prompt people who buy albums on iTunes to instead consider the streaming subscription, as the report notes it could prove more lucrative for both the company and record labels.

Microsoft. The company acquired German startup 6Wunderkinder GmbH, which designs the Wunderlist app for Apple's iOS and Google Android, reports The Wall Street Journal. The deal ranges between $100 million and $200 million.

Intel. BMO Capital downgraded the chip maker's stock to "market perform" following its acquisition of fellow company Altera, reports CNBC. On Monday, Intel announced it will buy Altera for $16.7 billion.

GoPro. The high-definition camera maker's low-cost model is receiving an upgrade. The Hero+ LCD will include a touchscreen as well as an in-camera video trimming feature. The camera sells for $299.99.

Cisco. Co-presidents Rob Lloyd and Gary Moore will step down from their roles at the networking giant, incoming CEO Chuck Robbins announced. They will remain on board until July 25. "Going forward, we will move to a flatter leadership team designed for the speed, innovation and execution that is required of us over the next decade," said Robbins in a statement.
