Brands making fun of bent Apple iPhones

It was only a matter of time before brands capitalized on Apple's woes with its bendable iPhone 6 Plus.

Samsung, Pringles, KITKAT and others took to social media to advertise while cracking jokes about bent iPhones.

Samsung simply says, "Bend to those who are worthy" in an add for its GALAXY Note 3.

Pringles said on Twitter, Bends rule! with hashtag #bendgate.

Apple says only nine customers contacted the tech giant to complain that their iPhone 6 Plus was bent, according to a company press release Thursday.

Apple says issues with bent iPhones have been "extremely rare" since the devices went on sale last Friday.
