Obama's day: Women's history
President Obama devotes part of Monday to the history of a key constituency.
March is Women's History Month, and Obama marks the occasion with remarks at a White House reception in the afternoon; first lady Michelle Obama will also attend.
The women's vote helped propel Obama in both of his presidential elections.
The president is also expected to tap a new Labor secretary on Monday; Paste BN's Aamer Madhani reports that the choice is Justice Department official Tom Perez.
