White House briefing is snowed out

Bad weather in Washington has claimed another Thursday event: The media briefing by White House press secretary Josh Earnest.

"Due to inclement weather, the daily briefing has been canceled," the White House announced.

Snow and icy rain are creating schedule problems throughout the nation's capital.
