Biden to lead delegation to women's soccer final

President Obama is dispatching a formal delegation to the Women's World Cup final Sunday between the United States and Japan.

Vice President Biden and wife Jill will lead the delegation -- including soccer legend Mia Hamm -- to the contest being played in Vancouver.
