Obama's day: Cabinet members
President Obama spends Tuesday huddling with Vice President Biden and other Cabinet members.
There are no public events on the president's schedule as of now.
Obama has lunch with Biden as his vice president continues to consider whether to jump into the 2016 presidential race. There are conflicting reports as to when Biden may make an announcement.
In the afternoon, the president has separate meetings with key foreign policy figures, Secretary of State John Kerry and Defense Secretary Ashton Carter.
Likely topics for those sessions include the fight against the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, and Russian military activity in the region.
