Flowers are a Valentine's Day staple. But have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes in getting flowers from field to the florist?

Today in the Sky contributor Jeremy Dwyer-Lindgren tagged along with Southwest Airlines to see how it's done. He followed a shipment of flowers from a the fields of a California grower to a storefront near the Texas city of San Antonio.
