United Airlines' Daylight Saving Time sale includes flights to Tampa, Phoenix starting at $39 one way


While most of the country is rolling back its clocks on Sunday, United Airlines is rolling back its prices.   

The Chicago-based airlines is taking advantage of the extra hour in the day Sunday from the end of Daylight Saving Time with one-way fares as low as $39.

The sale is valid for travel between Nov. 21 and March 9, 2022 for one-way domestic travel on basic economy. Cities include popular destinations like Tampa, San Diego and Phoenix with fares starting at $39 or 5,900 miles, plus tax and fees. 

Shoppers will need to book fast; the sale is live Sunday through Monday. Travelers can purchase tickets online at www.united.com/en-us/daylights-savings

United warns that the sale may not be available on all flights, since fares are capacity controlled.
