Cruise crazy: Carnival celebrates fan's 1,000th day at sea
For many cruisers, Caribbean-focused Carnival is a starter brand -- a line you sail a few times before you move on to more globe-circling operators such as Holland America or Princess.
Not so for Dennis Coleman, 67, of Baltimore.
Carnival this month celebrated Coleman's 1,000th day on one of its ships during a sailing of the Carnival Sunshine out of Port Canaveral, Fla. It was Coleman's 139th cruise with the line in just 12 years.
