Deal watch: Avalon throws in free air to Europe river cruises

Avalon Waterways is offering free flights to Europe to customers who book select European river cruises.

The Colorado-based river line says customers who make a new booking for select 2016 and 2017 voyages by April 5 will quality for the offer, which is being marketed as the Priceless Views Sales Event.

Customers must pay for the cruise in full by April 5 to qualify. Free, round-trip flights are available from airports in Los Angeles; New York; Washington, D.C.; Boston; and Chicago. Flights from other cities will come with an extra charge of $200 to $1,075 per person.
