February's sweetest restaurant openings

February brought new dining destinations in Boston, Los Angeles, Nashville and New York City. Celebrity chef Scott Conant is serving Italian in L.A., Fat Bottom Brewing has expanded with a restaurant and beer garden in Nashville, and chef Dale Talde has a new restaurant in Brooklyn. There's a new place serving international takes on tacos and a spot for trendy vegan fare in Beantown's Seaport District.
