The Trump hotel chain has reportedly been hacked

Donald Trump is associated with some bad news yet again this week, but this time because of a reported credit card breach at his eponymous Trump Hotel Collection.

According to KrebsOnSecurity.com — which is a leading source for hacks — "several U.S. banks" noticed the pattern of suspicious credit card activity such as fraudulent charges at Trump properties across the U.S. (including in Chicago, Honolulu, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, and New York) dating back to as early as this past February.

The company has yet to comment on or confirm the reports, but judging from Krebs' reporting the bankers seem pretty convinced of the breach at the chain. It's definitely not the first time the hospitality industry has been the target of hackers, either. In mid-March of this year Mandarin Oriental confirmed a far-reaching credit card breach at a number of properties in the U.S. and Europe.

We don't even want to hear who the Donald is going to blame for this one.
