Get mesmerized by this Singapore Airlines model plane being built entirely from manila folders

If you've ever tried your hand at the Japanese art of origami or even attempted to make a paper airplane, you probably know the precision it takes to create art from paper.

American designer Luca Iaconi-Stewart built this insanely intricate model of a Singapore Airlines plane, complete with cabin seats from the airline's business and economy class sections. Talk about detail! First class even has the sliding doors that provide in-seat privacy and seats that recline.

According to Mashable, Iaconi-Stewart used 3,000 hand-cut manila envelope pieces to create the model used in the Singapore Airlines commercial. While the video above last's not much longer than two minutes, it took the artist more than 1,000 hours to make. Think about that patience next time you're stuck in an airport security line.
