If you're walking through an airport terminal and a janitor immediately puts his mop down and bursts into song, you're either having that one weird dream again or you were just in the Cologne Bonn Airport. Earlier this month, travelers in the German airport were treated to a surprise performance from a group of professional opera singers who sang three Christmas carols. The singers were disguised as security personnel, a janitor and even a pilot (and ignore all of your TSA-related concerns and just go with it, OK), briefly turning an otherwise chaotic airport into what looked like a scene from a Richard Curtis rom-com.

According to German Pulse, the talented flashmob was organized by German broadcaster WDR. Holger Cappell, an editor at WDR, said:

"Singing makes people happy, as our Christmas flashmob that was really well received by viewers shows. Many on Facebook said it brought tears to their eyes."

So watch the video and see if you don't feel overwhelmed by Christmas spirit somewhere between "Little Drummer Boy" and the Hallelujah chorus. Happy holidays, everyone.
