Raw: Hail and dust storms hit Nebraska
Baseball-sized hail pummeled homes and cars in Nebraska on Tuesday as powerful thunderstorms moved through a swath of Midwest states. (June 3)

Severe storms lashed the central Plains Tuesday, with large hail, high winds and a few tornadoes reported. Nebraska was at the epicenter of the severe weather, though there were also reports in Iowa, Kansas and Missouri.
In all, according to the Storm Prediction Center, there were 12 reports of tornadoes and at least 160 reports of hail. Here are some of the most dramatic Twitter photos of the storms and the hail they produced on Tuesday.
