Thursday's forecast: Tropical Storm Arthur brings cold front
The national weather forecast for Thursday, July 3 has the East Coast seeing thunderstorms, in addition to the Southern Plains and up through the Ohio Valley. The I-95 Corridor will see storms, too, in addition to most of the rest of the country.
