Monday's forecast: Snow for the West, warm in the East
The national weather forecast for Monday, December 14th calls for even more snow out West, while the warm weather trend continues for the East.

The ski resorts are having a very merry start to their holiday season, as yet more snow is expected throughout the Rockies, as well as in the Northwest and California's Sierra Nevada range.
The Great Lakes region can expect cold rain, while unseasonably warm weather continues in the southern Plains and along the East Coast.
