WUSA
It's going to be a cold one for much of the nation on Monday, and a cold, wet one for those in the West. California will get some much needed rain along the length of the state thanks to a front that will also carry moisture into the Southwest. There will also be rain, and possibly a few snow showers in the Pacific Northwest.
New England will be in a deep freeze, with northern areas experiencing highs in the single digits. There could be some snow showers along the eastern Great Lakes as well.
