Tuesday's forecast: Showers East, Northwest

Digging out from the big weekend blizzard will be challenged by showers in the East as another round of rain soaks the Pacific Northwest.

East: Light showers and cloudy skies are forecast Tuesday from the Mid-Atlantic to the Southeast. Some light snow will fall around the Great Lakes and in interior New England.

West: Rain will soak coastal sections of Washington and Oregon on Tuesday. Most of the rest of the West should be clear and dry on Tuesday.
