Wednesday's forecast: Soggy Upper Midwest

A cold front will bring showers and storms to portions of the central U.S on Wednesday.
Central U.S.: A cold front will track across the central U.S. Wednesday. Ares from the Upper Great Lakes to Oklahoma will have scattered to widespread showers, with a few thunderstorms possible. The heaviest rain should be in the Upper Midwest.
East: Other than some showers along the east coast of Florida, most of the rest of the East will be clear and dry Wednesday.
West: The entire western third of the nation will be dry for much of the day on Wednesday, though a storm will move into the Pacific Northwest by the evening, setting up a very wet, chilly Thursday in Washington and Oregon.
