Denise Kiepper shared her love for Detroit by taking this quick photo at the Detroit Opera House while attending the TEDxDetroit conference.

Cat Harper photographed these nice sunflowers before buying them at the Monterey Farmers Market in California. "Don't be afraid of shadows," Harper says. "They can add dimension to the image."

When it comes to wildlife photos, Scott Campbell says to "have patience" because you never know when the perfect shot will present itself — like this opportune photo of a calm tiger.

At a market near the Detroit Metropolitan Airport, flint corn was placed next to pumpkins for a flavorful fall mixture. "It looks too good sitting next to a pumpkin to eat," Bob Rejefski says.

While hanging out in Utah, Jerry Stephens took the opportunity to capture fall's colors looming over the Ogden River.
