Yahoo Hires Goldman, JPMorgan, PJT as Advisers

Feb. 19 -- Yahoo hired Goldman Sachs Group Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co. and PJT Partners Inc. as financial advisers and formed a committee of independent board members to explore its strategic options. Bloomberg's Tom Giles reports on "Bloomberg GO."
