Valeant CEO to step down, Ackman added to board

March 22 -- Open warfare has broken out at Valeant Pharmaceuticals with the company shaking up its management team. CEO Mike Pearson is set to step down once his replacement is found, while activist investor Bill Ackman gains a seat on the board.
