IKEA looks to insects and algae for new healthy, low-carbon footprint food line

According to a report, IKEA's Space 10 research and innovation lab is making giant leaps at creating food that is healthier and carries a smaller carbon footprint. They're looking to bugs and algae to make those leaps.
