IBM Miss weighs on Monday's markets, Apple pay service starts

Markets kicked-off the week on Monday in the red. IBM sent jitters through the market after reporting a profit miss in the third quarter. Big blue posted a profit of $3.68 a share, versus the $4.31 a share that had been expected.
