Friend: Sneiderman turned down plea deal

Andrea Sneiderman heads to court Monday on 13 counts related to her husband Rusty's murder. Her friend says prosecutors offered to skip the trial if Sneiderman would plead guilty to a lesser charge and spend a year in prison.
