Sebelius: HealthCare.gov access 'miserably frustrating'

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius apologized for the "miserably frustrating experience" many have had with HealthCare.gov since its rollout. She said Americans deserve better and promised to fix the problems.
