Quarantine lifts as Duncan was supposed to wed fiancée

Louise Troh, the fiancee of Ebola victim Thomas Eric Duncan, her two nephews and son were shut off from their friends, neighbors and other family members during a 21-day quarantine. Now, they are picking up the pieces of their new life.
