Moment of silence observed for Paris shooting victims

A moment of silence was held in Paris to honor the 12 people that were killed when gunmen opened fire at Charlie Hebdo's Parisian headquarters. Paste BN's Kim Hjelmgaard reports there is still a heavy police presence in the area.
