Hayride death leads to indictments for driver, mechanic

A grand jury in Maine indicted a farm, their driver and mechanic in a hayride crash that killed a teen girl last October. Seventeen-year-old Cassidy Charette died when the Jeep had a mechanical failure and crashed. Twenty-two other people were hurt.
