University cop kills unarmed man during traffic stop

A University of Cincinnati cop killed an unarmed man during a traffic stop. Authorities say Officer Ray Tensing stopped Samuel Dubose and asked for a driver's license, which Dubose couldn't produce. The two men struggled and Tensing fired once.
