Police: Stranger stops mom from drowning baby in canal

Police say drugs may have caused a young mother to do the unthinkable. Witnesses in Nampa, Idaho say they saw Regina Dilworth, 22, try to give one of her kids away to a stranger and drown the other. A woman driving by pulled the baby out of a canal.
