Louis Stokes, Ohio's 1st black Congressman, dies

Trailblazing U.S. Congressman Louis Stokes of Cleveland died at 90-years-old. Stokes served 15 terms and 30 years in the U.S. Congress. He was the first black person Ohio elected to represent them in Washington.
