Budget Deal's Big Winner: The U.S. economy

The U.S. economy. If the budget deal hammered out by outgoing House Speaker John Boehner and the White House passes both houses of Congress it would at least temporarily end a bruising era of shutdowns and default freak outs that rattled Wall Street.
