Happy Sriracha week

Sriracha has gone mainstream of late. The spicy hot sauce will be celebrated with a week long celebration this week, kicking off Sriracha week March 7th. In the past 2 years alone, Huy Fong Sriracha sauce sales rose from $60 million to $80 million.
